Gas Spring, also known as gas strut or gas shocker, is a pneumatically pressurized tube designed to help open a door, lid or hatch. According to the strength of pull and push, capacity of the gas spring could be divided into several degree, such as 20N, 30N, 40N, 50N, 60N, 80N, 100N, 120N, 140N, 150N, 160N, 180N, 200N and 250N.

Here are some instruction of gas spring:

1. Installation size is about 70mm from the axle of the door.

2. The gas part needs upturned but the bean-pole part needs downturned.

3. Installation size can be 80-100mm to make the open-close power increased.

4. Installation size can be 50-70mm to make the open-close power decreased.

5. Warning: Far away from the fire and high temperature areas. Don’t approach high temperature inside as well.
